Winners

Mt. Pulaski High School is proud to announce that the Class of 2020 Valedictorian and Salutatorian are Isabella Wade and Elaine Aylesworth. The entire Mt. Pulaski High School staff congratulates these young women for their exceptional accomplishments throughout their time here at MPHS. Earning these honors takes a consistent academic focus and commitment that is not without hard choices and sacrifice. The staff at Mt. Pulaski High School is confident that both Isabella and Elaine will continue to challenge themselves to achieve their goals. We look forward to watching them succeed and inspire others.

Valedictorian, Isabella Wade, is the daughter of Frank and Kristen Wade. Isabella is planning to attend Lincoln Land Community College in the fall and major in pre-medicine. She is also planning to play volleyball for the Loggers. During her four years at Mt. Pulaski High School, she was a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Club, Academic Challenge, Prom Committee, and Student Council. She also played both volleyball and basketball. In April of this year, Isabella earned her Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish.

Salutatorian, Elaine Aylesworth, is the daughter of John and Tricia Aylesworth. Elaine is planning to attend Bradley University this fall and major in Accounting. During her four years at Mt. Pulaski High School, she was a member of the National Honor Society, Drama Club, FCCLA, Academic Challenge, and Yearbook committee, in addition to playing on the softball team. In May this year, Elaine earned her Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish.
