Due to the uncertainty of when we will be able to hold preschool screenings, we are using this online questionnaire to compile information needed to start placement in the Preschool program for the 2020-2021 school year. If your child will be 3 on or before Sept. 1st, please submit this online survey at your earliest convenience for the Preschool/Early Childhood team to review.
