Vaccine Clinic

IEMA and the Illinois Department of Public Health Vaccination Programs will hold a School/Youth Serving Organization Vaccination Clinic for children, parents, and related community members. 

  • Clinic Location Name and Address: 
    Mt. Pulaski High School Cafeteria - 206 South Spring Street, Mt. Pulaski, IL 62548

  • Clinic Schedule Date and Time: 
    September 11, 2021, from Noon until 4:00 p.m. (last dose administered at 3:45 p.m.)

  • This site will use its own vaccine allocation and will not affect any allocations in the Logan County area.

  • The Pfizer vaccine will be available for individuals age 12 and up. Individuals age 12 to 17 years old must have a parent/legal guardian present with them during vaccination.

  • If a 2 dose vaccine is given, the follow-up date for the second dose will be Saturday, October 2, from 9 am until noon at Mt. Pulaski High School.

  • Details regarding the specific vaccines available at this clinic and a link to sign up will be posted later this week. Anyone interested in receiving a COVID-19 vaccination is able to receive a vaccination at this clinic free of charge.
