SUMMER SCHOOL

MPHS is hosting our own summer school program for credit recovery. Summer school is the only option offered by MPHS for credit recovery.

If a student fails at least one class required by MPHS and the State of Illinois for graduation, that student may enroll in summer school to make up the credit instead of having to re-take it next school year.  Summer school courses are offered in an online format only.

Summer school begins the first Monday following the end of the school year and runs through the last day of July.

There is a small fee associated with Summer School:

  • If the student does not qualify for free/reduced lunch: $50 for a full year class, $25 for a semester class

  • If the student qualifies for reduced lunch: $10 for a full year class, $5 for a semester class

  • Free for any student who qualifies for free lunch

To register for summer school, fill out this online form.
