Required Qualifications
Required IHSA online training
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Time management skills
Enthusiasm for working positively and professionally with students
Willingness to accept and accomplish all position responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Professional Educators License, Valid Paraprofessionals License, Valid Substitute Teaching License, Retired Teacher, or Certificate from a Coaches Education Program

Basic Responsibilities
To perform the duties of organizing, providing and promoting activities and events for the Scholastic Bowl. Responsibilities specific to the position include:
Provide effective leadership in activities and events for the Scholastic Bowl.
Organize and effectively lead students to plan and execute activities and events for the Scholastic Bowl.
Supervise after-school Scholastic Bowl activities and events.
Work with the Activities Director to acquire moderators for home matches.
Schedule and coordinate the use of facilities and events for Scholastic Bowl with the Activities/Athletic Director.
Manage and supervise the use of the facilities during activities and events for the Scholastic Bowl.
Transport team in school van to meets.
Responsibly work within the given budget and keep accurate records of monies used and received. Coordinate with the office bookkeeper.
Other duties as deemed within the purview of this sponsorship.
