Spanish 2 students visited with Hilltopper alumna, Alec Hayes, yesterday. She introduced us to her coworker, Gabriela, who took questions about the Dominican Republic. It was fun to connect with both of these lovely ladies.

In just a few days, the next phase of the high school construction project begins. Yesterday, all students were asked to clean out their PE lockers. Today, the last of the furniture is being moved out of Mr. Deibert’s office. Beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4, the locker rooms will be closed for the reminder of the school year. Demolition will begin on Thursday and the asbestos abatement will begin on Monday, March 23. This is a very exciting time at Mt. Pulaski High School. We look forward to new locker rooms in the fall.
