Spanish 1 students are reading about a sea turtle named Esmeralda. In this scene of their theater Esmeralda and her siblings hatch on the beach. Then Esmeralda mistakenly heads towards the light of a hotel instead of the moon and is in danger as she crosses a busy road!

Girls Basketball Season Opener @ Maroa-Forsyth Tournament Tonight!!!
The Student Council and National Honor Society volunteers had a successful afternoon collecting items for the Red Cross Hope in a Bag project! We were able to fill a whole shopping cart! If you didn’t make it out and still want to donate items, you may drop them off at the High School for Mrs. Campbell or Mrs. Selinger. Items will be used to fill bags for kids who have lost everything in a natural disaster. Toys, hygiene items, snacks, and school supplies are all welcome!

Our Topper Shoppe is looking a little thin. Do you have any Topper gear at home that no one wears? Would you consider donating it? If so, please bring it to the school! Students, you can give it to Mrs. Selinger. Parents and community members, you can drop it off in the office or give it to the ticket taker at a ball game.
