A message from our partners at Chestnut Health Systems.
Today at 4:00pm, a reception for the Girls Basketball team will be hosted at MPHS in the Main Gym. All fans are invited to come out and celebrate/congratulate the players and coaches.
We invite all of the team’s young fans to bring items for the girls to sign after the reception.

State Championship Town-Wide Celebration Opportunities
Let's Celebrate The Lady Toppers!
The bus will be departing the high school tomorrow morning at 7:40am and will head to the square for the pre-game lap as we send them off. We would love all fans to join us and help send cheers on their way to ISU.
When the team returns to town from their game, the traditional town square laps will be taken with the accompanying fire and police vehicles.
We encourage all fans to join us up town on the square to honk and cheer as the girls take their celebratory laps.

What an exciting time of year on the hilltop!
As most of you are aware, our High School Girls Basketball team punched its ticket to the IHSA Girls State Basketball Tournament last night by defeating Albion Edwards County, 48-38.
As a result, this week, on Thursday, March 5th, Mt. Pulaski School District students will not attend school. To provide as much support as possible for the girls, we encourage everyone to join us in Normal on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. to cheer them on. Thursday will be coded as a NIA (Not in Attendance) Day, and will be made up at the end of the school year with our final day of student attendance on May 21 instead of May 20.
Good Luck to the Hilltoppers, Coach McVickers, and his staff as we cheer them on at Illinois State University! We hope to see you there!
