Today was the FCCLA Fall Leadership Meeting. Mount Pulaski FCCLA had 11 students join with 250 members from around Central Illinois to learn about a community service partnership with Special Olympics and to hear from our keynote facilitator, Patty Hendrickson. Conner did a great job leading the meeting and our student members had some fantastic opportunities to expand their comfort zones, change their perspectives, and make new friends.

The Illinois Principals Association recognizes today as Principal Appreciation Day.

A great school doesn’t just happen, it’s built through vision, dedication, and heart. Everyday, you lead with kindness, fairness, and are true commitment to our students and staff. You guide us through challenges, celebrate our successes, and constantly remind us what teamwork and leadership look like in action.

On behalf of our entire staff and student body, we want to thank you for all that you do, Mrs. Fricke – for your compassion, and the countless ways you make our school a better place. We appreciate you today and every day,.
