The Nutrition students have earned their Basic Food Handlers certification this week and were able to have their first lab; salsa chicken and fried potatoes. They did a great job avoiding cross contamination and made a delicious meal!

Hospitality Class had their first lab today! The groups created grilled chicken garden salad with an herb sherry vinaigrette, broccoli cheese soup, cheesy whole grain penne with vegetables, baked apples with dried cherry and raisin filling, and fruit and nut granola bars.

Weekly Look At Mt. Pulaski Activities & Athletics 9/8- 9/13
The MPHS Cross Country team competed at Midwest Central yesterday and they got a true cross country experience! The course took them through two nature trails, up and down hills, over obstacles like tree roots and stumps, and around a corn field. These athletes are improving and learning more about the sport every day!
