It’s that time of year again!! Our PreK - 4th grade Christmas Concert will be on Wednesday, December 4th, at 6PM in the Mount Pulaski Grade School Gym. Students are encouraged to dress up in nice clothes for the concert. Each grade will perform two songs that will have a winter or Christmas theme. Mrs. Parker’s art classes (KB, 1A, 1B, and 3A) will have Christmas art hanging in the music hallway. Doors for the concert will open 30 minutes before the concert. Please have your child wait with you until you see their teacher. Your child may then go to their designated location with their classroom teacher. Pre K and TK parents and/or guardians may pick up their child after they are done performing. K to 4 students will carry their chairs back to their classrooms and parents can go pick them up from their classrooms once students clear the gym. There will be no voting for door decorations after the concert. We will be taking pictures and posting to social media for everyone to vote. If you have any questions, please contact Kayleigh Parker at kparker@mp23schools.com

Parents and Guardians- MPGS is hosting vendors for Christmas on Vinegar Hill. This is a HUGE fundraiser for our school. PASE will be conducting a Cookie Walk. This is a fun and profitable event. Each year people look forward to our cookie walk. We are always given compliments on what our school families generously contribute. PASE is asking each family to please provide homemade baked goods (the equivalent of 2-4 dozen). We gladly accept all types of items such as: breads, muffins, brownies, cookies, rice crispy treats, snack mix or any other homemade item. The goal is homemade. Please, no store bought! Please send them to school on Friday, 11/22/24. You can drop the baked goods off in the office during school hours or after 3:10 PM, please take the items to the cafeteria through the back entrance off Scott Street by the cafeteria. You may choose to drop off Saturday morning 11/23/24. If so, please enter through the the same back doors to the cafeteria between 7 AM and 9 AM. Please have all cookies in a non-returnable container. If you make something special (like gluten free items), please label them as such. If you're only able to send a good container, make sure you have your name on the container. You can pick your container up either Saturday afternoon or Monday in the school office. Thank you so much for helping out! Kara Davis, PASE Co-President
