Grade School Drop Off Parents, in order to get our drop off line moving more quickly, we would like to start having the cars pull to the crosswalk and the front 4-5 cars drop off at the same time. If your child would then walk straight to the building through the parked cars onto the sidewalk we will be able to get the kids in the building more efficiently. We will be helping with this each day this week to see if this alleviates the congestion of the drop off line. Thank you for your continued help and support!

As a reminder, there is no school for students this Wednesday (11/25). This is a Remote Planning Day for teachers. Additionally, there is no school on Thanksgiving (11/26) or this Friday (11/27). On Veterans Day, sixth, seventh, and eighth graders learned about the sacrifice those in our armed forces made to ensure our freedom. They learned about this special day by engaging in WebQuests, listening to videos of first-hand accounts, and studying symbolism.

Girls Basketball contact day for today, November 10th is cancelled due to the impending storm. The next contact day for Girls Basketball will be Thursday, November 12th at 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Our very own 3rd grade teacher, Carly Powell, received the October nomination for the Graue Chevrolet Amazing Teacher Award! Today we did chunky monkey practice with Flippity in Title 1. We sorted words by how many syllables they have.

Today in Title 1, second graders practiced "chunky monkey" with an activity from Flippity. Students made words and shared with a neighbor (for literally 1 minute).
